This page explains how to report a technical problem, accessibility issue, privacy question, or content correction without sharing personal information from a tool.

What to include in a bug report
- The full URL of the page where the problem occurred.
- Your browser and version, device type, and operating system.
- The non-sensitive settings you selected, such as group size or repeat mode.
- What you did immediately before the problem occurred.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Whether the same problem occurs with a short list of invented entries.
Replace real entries with neutral labels such as Person A, Person B, and Person C. For a file import problem, create a small example file with invented values instead of sending the original.
What can you report?
Technical problem
A control does not work, an entry is missing or repeated, the result does not follow the selected settings, or a copy or download action fails.
Accessibility issue
You cannot reach or use content with a keyboard or assistive technology, text is difficult to read, or motion causes a problem.
Privacy question
You have a question about analytics, cookies, browser storage, or the information in the privacy and cookie notices.
Content correction
Instructions are inaccurate or unclear, a limitation is missing, or a link leads to the wrong page.
What not to send
- Real names, rosters, participant files, or choice lists.
- Health, accommodation, disciplinary, safeguarding, or performance information.
- Passwords, access tokens, payment details, government identifiers, or private keys.
- Original files when a short example with invented entries can show the problem.
- Results that contain personal information about other people.
